    I would recommend getting a mod for minecraft such as optifine, which allows the cpu to utilize all cores. Doing this should DRASTICALLY improve your fps!

    Also try to play with different settings, such as render distance, as they can affect performance!

    But the funds should indeed be cut from the CPU and go to the GPU
