    Well it will work like AATU or ryzenadj .. limiting tdp will drop temps but witha different approch.. it will limit power but that will reduce the clock speed hence it will decrese performance.. undervolting usually gives better or same performance but at a bit lower power consumption..

    Well i am a bit disappointed that amd locked everything on their laptop processors.. i have lenovo legion 5 that has 5800h.. i know they are supposed to hit 95c+ .. tried repasting that didn't help either.. ryzen master doesn't work.. bios doesn't have any option only way to lower temps is to limit power with some software like AATU.. which will decrease the clock speed and lower the performance.. i saw some old threads on forums and couldn't find a way.. since they are soo old now if anyone has figure out anything to undervolt the cpu then that will be appreciated

    Oh shit now i have to use that b550 for my self.. for some reason i didn't checked the backwards compatibility.. and i bought both of those things from two different guys which rounds up to 100$.. my bad..

    Hello everyone.. The question might sound weird but i just want a second opinion.. My friend recently told me to build his gaming pc.. he had a tight budget so i was looking for deals.. and i found one.. i picked ryzen 5 2600 with a b550m aorus elite as a package for 100$ US, now considering his usage he won't be upgrading that 2600 for atleast a year or two.. since he doesn't use his pc that much.. so he has no problem if i swap his b550m aorus elite with my b450m pro vdh max.. Now my build has a ryzen 5 5600 which is overclocked to 4.8ghz all cores at 1.24v.. i compared these results online and i am in a luck with my processor.. this is a really good oc for 5600.. and i tried cinebench r23 for 6 hours straight and i had no issues with the stability ever i m using this oc for about 7 months.. Now i have a gen 4 nvme ssd.. and my current mobo support gen 3.. and also b550 aorus has some other great features like 3 pin argb headers.. also it probably would make more sense in my opinion to use that board with my 5600.. Still i want to confirm should i switch to that board? And is the vrm config better or atleast same on that board compared to b450m pro vdh? Since i do want to keep my oc.. i know i have a option to try it but i want to get some opinions before changing everything

    yeah thats why i picked it up.. and i think supernova g2 1300w came out in 2016.. might be mistaking but i think i saw it somewhere

    After finding out that my old psu was about 15 year old.. i got this used psu from my local store.. they didn't have a box and for some reason the serial no. Sticker is missing on the psu.. but the psu is sealed and in very good condition and also in reasonable price.. but i am unable to find out the manufacturing year of this psu.. can anyone guess it without serial no... Psu : EVGA 1300W SUPERNOVA G2 and also can anyone tell me is it good enough for my specs? Ryzen 5 5600x Rtx 3080ti undervolted to 0.815v (300 watt ish) 32gb ddr4 ram I am attaching some pics

    Well i have a gigabyte 3080ti gaming oc.. and i undervolted it to 0.815v .. it improves the bost clocks and temps.. also it brings the power consumption to 300watt ish

    Well before checking the date of my old psu i did furmark my gpu and it was working fine but after that i am not putting any benchmark load on that psu for now.. and the only reason i am thinking of buying that cx750f from my friend is that i don't have to pay him right now.. i can pay him later and i am from Pakistan where ebay, amazon, newegg and other famous platform doesn't ship their products and also if they ship it the customs tax is usually more then the actual value of the product.. aliexpress works for me but they usually don't offer brand name psus and also i can't buy a new one just now i don't have a budget.. what do you think about the cx750f rgb? Will it be ok for my build and also can you guess how old the model is? The amazon says that this item came to amazon in 2020

    Hello everyone.. last month i asked a question here to know the manufacturing date of my old cooler master 850w psu .. and little did i know it was a 13-14 year old psu.. everyone recommended me to change that psu asap.. but i just bought my 3080ti.. I don't have a good budget.. my friend is selling me this cx750f rgb for a good price.. i am attaching a pic of that psu.. can anyone tell me the manufacturing date of that psu.. in old corsair psu we can tell the manufacturing date by looking at the serial no. But i think in newer psu this method doesn't apply.. And also one more question should this psu be enough for my build? Specs: Ryzen 5 5600x RTX 3080ti undervolted to 0.815v (300watt ish) 32gb ddr4 3200mhz cl16 ram And some rgb fans. Serial no. Of cx750f 0316212009802

    Well the cables of that seasonic is compatible.. my friend was using a pretty high end build with that psu.. also i have a friend in my local market that makes gpu cables..

    As i said my cooler master psu isn't modular so i will use the cables that my friend will give me with the psu.. he was using those cables for quite a while he didn't have any issues although those aren't the cables that came with the psu he lost them.. but the cables he currently have are compstible

    Well my old psu isn't modular.. so that won't be a worry.. but one thing that i didn't mention that my friend said he lost the cables way back but then he buy the compatible cables and those were working for quite some time.. he didn't have any issues with those.. so would it matter if the psu doesn't have the original cables but the compatible ones?

    Hey everyone.. i asked a question week ago for my current cooler master 850w psu that is it good enough for my build?.. i am using that supply for quite a while and people said that it is a really old supply i shouldn't use it anymore.. that got me scared.. but since i just bought a 3080ti i can't buy a new supply right now because of my financial issues.. my friend has a seasonic 1050w psu and he is giving me that for very cheap and I don't have to pay him immediately. So i am attaching the picture of both psu .. my current cooler master and my friend seasonic psu.. please suggest me if i should switch to my friends psu.     Hello everyone.. i bought 3080ti that will deliver to me in a week.. i am currently using 3070 on my old cooler master 850w psu.. and before that i was using 2080ti on the same psu.. never had any issues.. i was curious if that supply is good enough for 3080ti.. it's a bit old but i never had any issues with this psu.. i am attaching psu specs so you can check that also Other specs Ryzen 5 5600 B450m pro vdh max 16gb ddr4 3200 cl16

    Yeah but 3070 has some features like resizable bar.. it does make a slight difference.. where as 2080ti doesn't have these features.. i thin after enabling resizable bar for 3070.. 3070 and 2080ti would be pretty similar

    Well i was using rtx 2080ti with my ryzen 5 5600 for quite some time.. but recently my 2080ti died.. i am getting a really good deal for 3070 from my friend .. should i expect similar performance from 3070 as well? I game on 1080p.. and the games i usually play CS2 Fortnite And some other CPU intensive games.
