Can't get into bios monitor isn't working either

I went to go start up a game on steam (rainbow 6 siege) which i had been playing the night previous and now my pc will turn on, fans, gpu all that working but no signal to the monitor and only the keyboard and mouse are not working. I have a microphone and that seems to be working fine. Any ideas what the issue could be.

My monitor goes black after running certain games and im not sure if its an issue with the monitor or my graphics card or something. I havent had this issue before the games ran fine

Honestly it all depends on where you are looking to buy it from.

This question has probably been asked by multiple people but I've been trying to play some games with their settings to the max to experience the game at it's "fullest" , but I'm afraid it will give my graphics card an early death. I have an AMD RX 480 and I have been told that it is a pretty decent card for gaming. Sorry in advance if this is a stupid question

This question has probably been asked so many times here but Im curious if there are any repercussions of infrequently holding the power button down for a few seconds if something is wrong or unplugging it from the wall?
