    Do you really trust that Chinese company's security though? I've seen a lot of dives into these cheap WiFi controlled switches where it turns out the API is just an incrementing serial number so anybody can hit your switches with commands.

    Why do they need to replace the motherboard exactly? Is that just a "let's see how difficult this is" part at that point?
