I was able to install Python and run a simple snake game created using Python from the Ubuntu window on Windows 10. Seems promising really. I will attach the file if you'd like to try it yourself, just navigate to the file and use: "Python snake.py" snake.py

Hey, I would start with 'sudo apt update' just to make sure it actually works. I haven't even tried it on windows, but going to explore it myself. Good Luck
