  1. I think I asked the wrong question. I wanted to know if the retailer could have scammed me. Because in last Office versions installed in new files.
  2. Hello, Recently I've bought Office 2019 Professional and Visio 2019 from a Retailer. Today I tried to install both. After the installation I checked the preferences if everything is allright. I've noticed that the installation path is at "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\". After that I chose to register my Product in my Microsoft Account and the MS Office 19 was shown without any problem or name issues. Is it allways that way? Or is it because it just upgraded my old version to a 2019th version. Greetings, Kamelius

  6. Hey there, I have a Problem with my new PC Build. My Bulid: Asus Prime X370-Pro Gigabyte 1080 1G 8GB Trident Z RGB DDR4 2x8GB Ryzen 5 2600x enermax liquid cooling samsung ssd 950 500gb HDD 320GB Samsung HDD 500GB Seagate HDD 1000GB Seagate HDD 500GB Samsung HDD 120GB Seagate EVGA 650BQ My old build had another CPU mb and ram. So now I'm starting up my PC. All the lights turn on. And my two monitors just say no signal. There is no beep sound from the pc or else. First thing I did was disconnecting and connecting every cable on the mb. Second thing I did was removing the CPU thermal paste and putting new one on. Third thing I didn't was cleaning the graphics card adapters. Fourth thing i did was disconnecting every hdd so only my boot ssd was put in. I also tried the onboard graphics after removing the gpu. After every step I retried but it never worked. Please help me. I hope there is no damage on the mb. One thing that I saw was that the light of my liquidcooling shines less.
  7. I decided to buy a new Mobo, RAM and Processor. I want to switch to AMD. I chose a AMD Ryzen 5 2600x AM4 Now I need a Mobo with the chipset X370 and a AM4 Socket. Can you help me find a cheap version?
  8. Can I somehow bypass the Problem without getting a new processor, like turning the Power of my graphics card down?
  9. Hi Community, Yesterday I bought a brand new Gigabyte Geforce GTX 1080 G1 Gaming graphics card. So I went home and installed it into my case. Then I downloaded the XTREME Gaming Engine from their website. After that I tested it with the benchmark test from userbenchmark.com. Everything looked great, so I started CS:GO and watched my NetGraph. The FPS went from 60 to 40 to 120 for like five minutes. I thought that was allright for the Overlay so i went into a deathmatch game and the frames dropped again. This time i was always at 40 to 60 frames. So I deinstalled every Program from NVIDIA at my System. I changed the Driversettings of the graphics card to Microsoft Default and took it after a Shutown of my Mainboard. A few minutes later I installed it, started my Computer and reinstalled the whole drivers package with experience again. After that I adjusted the colours and the experience Settings. Then I started Steam and tried it again. Same procedure as the last try. Everything went the same way again. So I serched the internet and uninstalled the XTREME Engine. After that I found a Thread about the MSI Afterburner and installed that. Nothing changed. SO now I need your help I dont freakin know what to do.
