I am using the Mini DP that came with the monitor already.

I'll try updating again then, and will grab a new cable~ DP

I've been having an annoying issue with my week-old Odyssey G8 OLED since I got it. Basically, the screen will randomly turn black for a second or two at a time and I have no idea why. Thankfully it never happens when playing games, but it does frequently when doing pretty much anything else. Anyone have any idea what would be causing this? Also I have it in a dual monitor setup with another display, the other being an LG 32" IPS (can't remember exact model), and they are plugged into an RTX 2070 Super - if that info is relevant.
-
Alrighty - thanks guys I'll make sure to get a 3.0 hub then~
-
I see...so peripherals should still input as normal then, just maybe slowing down some depending on how many there are?

I already know this may be a really silly question with a very obvious answer, but I'm unsure and would like to check! It's about plugging a USB hub into the front USB ports of a PC. Besides the differences between USB types & generations, is there any lost functionality when multiplying one USB port of a PC into several more via a USB hub? I get that plugging something in just to receive power should work fine - but what about something more complicated like a mouse, headset, or basically anything that needs to communicate back and forth with a PC beyond simply receiving power? And does it make any difference if those things are wired or wireless?

Well, OCUK (UK Retailer) have theirs listed as arriving on August 23rd...which may or may not have any significance to where you are~ :<
-
There are a whole bunch you can see, just google it. XFX have the Thicc2 and another of which I do not know the name. OCUK have the Asus cards listed, and I also saw a Powercolor Red Devil and a Sapphire Pulse there over the past few days - though both have since been removed.. Pretty sure there are images of some Asrock cards on google also~

Need help! Can't decide which RTX to buy (RTX 2070/ 2070 Super /or RTX 2080)
Shaade replied to ac88's topic in Graphics Cards
It only works that way if one can easily afford to pay that much more but simply chooses not to. Highly unlikely in this case, considering the "my budget is actually around € 600" part. Keep in mind also that GPUs are alot cheaper in the US than in Europe (around 20% usually), so simply converting currencies based on what is listed on Ebay.com is really not sufficient.- 13 replies

The prices I've shown are in GBP. The Strix 2060 Super is £480 here, which is equivalent to about $608. The Strix 2070 Super is £630, equivalent to about $792.
-
So I'm strongly considering a 2070 Super at the moment, and have been browsing around the different partner options. I've noticed one that is oddly cheaper than the rest on multiple sites, even cheaper than it's own non-OC version for some reason. It's the Asus RTX 2070 Super Dual EVO OC - and I'm just wanting to know if this is likely a screw-up by multiple websites, or is there some catch to this card? (like terrible cooler - or some other, less obvious catch) I took a few screenshots from 2 different UK sites (OCUK & Novatech) to show what I mean below. So is anyone in the know about this, and can shed some light? Thanks~

Just giving a shout for the Hannspree HG324QJB - working perfectly with g-sync compatibility so far~
-
So yeah, got the monitor and everything is working just fine - g-sync compatibility included~
-
Thanks again~ :3 Alright, think that's enough to convince me it should work - so i'll take the plunge and report back on how it goes, incase anyone else is wondering~
