  1. Id get rid of the dual 4k monitor if you haven't already brought them, and just get a single 4k and then a 1080p as your 2nd and use the left over money to get a 1080 or higher and mayby even swap out the 8700 for a 8700k
  2. 14 or bigger Not botherd about weight
  3. Hi, I'm going to be using adobe premier pro for 1080p video editing Also will be using after effects and illustrator I have a budget of £1050 give or take a couple £ I'm not bothered about battery life or weight Anything 14 or bigger Any prebuilts or customisable laptops that you would recommend for me, thx BTW, THIS IS JUST FOR EDITING, NO GAMING NEEDED
  4. Can I just say as well, i don't know for other places, but in the UK the 1080 is the same price as the 1070 ti, soooooooooooo
  5. Your be fine, the pc itself with everything stock has 400 watt need So just get a 600 or 650
  6. @WickedStarfishhttps://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/www.lifehacker.com.au/2010/07/what-are-the-rules-on-mixing-two-different-types-of-ram/amp And here However, as long as the latencies (e.g. 5-5-5-18), and voltage match (e.g. 2.1V) it should be ok. However to do this it would require you to go into the BIOS and change some stuff, which, if you are a novice should be left alone. http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-3042631/mixing-ram-brands.html
  7. Just read a bit about it if you have to mix brands, You want to make sure each stick has the same cas latency, timings and voltage.
  8. It looks like to me, it uses crucial ram sticks
  9. So You can't have 2 diffrent makes, e.g. corsair and then g.skill as far as I know But you can have diffrent mhz So if the stick in there is 2400mhz and then you get 3000mhz, there both operate at the lower mhz Have a look what's in there atm and then get another 8gb stick
  10. Don't worry actually, Amazon's specs where wrong, it says diffrent on the noctua site, and yh that should be sufficient for now
  11. I might be wrong, but I don't even think that cooler will work with your motherboards socket type
  12. So the system would be set up like this in your case Speaker monitor speaker Subwoofer So basicly, put the 2 speakers either side of the monitor (spaced a little bit away) and the sub anywhere under the desk (in the middle if you can)
