    I guess it's just coil whine from the gpu, but it seems that capping the fps to my monitor's refresh rate fixed the issue

    Sounds good to me at a basic glance. $750 USD for what feels like a +$900 USD system. The storage should be easy to solve by just replacing it with a ~$60 USD 1TB M.2 SSD than having a small C: drive and HDD.
     
    RTX 3060ti is still a $400 USD card, so the rest of the system for $350 is a pretty solid deal. i5-12400 is still a $190 CPU as well, so $160 for every thing minus the CPU and GPU is solid.
