Heatsink have them preapplied . Fans spins. First power on it shows gpu bios. No mobo bios and shuts off. And upon booting it 2nd time. No life. 4 beeps

So I just changed a new cpu cooler. Wiped the old crusted compound. Attached the heatsink. It won't boot after 4 beeps code. Kinda sounds like ambulance. Board is intel dl945plrn Will give any info. Just say it!
