Hey! It's me again.
I'm gonna try a different approach in purchasing my Power Supply by using something called "lockers" or "mailboxes" with a shipping company in my country that I trust. These are common methods when importing items from online stores here in Colombia.
I'm gonna go with a Corsair CX550M and will order it from Amazon, then have the shipping company send and import it to me. They are charging 20-30 USD for shipping & import fees, which is quite a lot, but I would rather be safe with a good PSU rather than risk damaging my components OR reducing the lifespan because of a crappy MasterWatt Lite unit, even if it means paying more than usual. (unfortunately, I couldn't find any store selling the PSU directly, or any 450-550W quality units)
Thank you for your advice! I learned that the PSU is one of the most important, if not the most, components in a system.
Also, if you have any other recommendations for a PSU that isn't the CX550M, be sure to tell me! I will order it next month, so there's plenty of time to decide
