I only notice this when i play overwatch, but i cannot tell if it it my motherboard or my PSU. i have seen that my mobo is only getting 9V through the 12V rail but its like that with all my PSUs that i own (and i have three). im guessing the 12V rail is faulty on the mobo but i wanted someone with a lot more experience than i do to see if i am correct.
