  1. I'm planing to use my new Kraken X60 in a push pull konfiguration but I don't know which fans to use. The stock ones are okay and I'll leave them on the pull side and I'll test the others on the push side. If the new ones proof to be really good I'll replace the stock NZXT fans. soo, now to the question. I want fans that are static pressure optimized and that fit the look of my build. the whole build is black white blue. I really liked the Phanteks ph-f140Hp fans in blue but the problem is that the screws are on the 120mm fan spacing. so they are not kraken compatible. the same issue with corsairs sp fans. just a side note, don't even think about recommending noctua fans. I know that they are really good, but my build will be moved to the 760t soo... it would really look crappy with that brown stuff mixed in. thank you!
  2. I would switch the K95 and M95 for a K70 and a M65 if you don't play mmo's and you like it more fpsy. having the k70 and m65 myself and I love them.
  3. I don't know if I have 100 posts because I entered the forums in january. good luck to everyone
  4. and I cry over my german 100mbps and plan to upgrade. I'm sorry for you
  5. I hope youtube stops decreasing the bandwith available and lets the people with good connections watch their stuff with the best possible quality and the others can continue to watch everything on 240p. aaaand they need to make the audio quality adjustable without changing the resolution.
  6. I heard the EVGA aftermaket card will have a all plastic shroud with 15 2mm non pwm fans and a cup holder! ooooh yeah ;D
  7. the matrix soundtrack is getting all the techtipsclicks. are you from the matrix? do you get paid to bring us into the matrix? best article of all times.
  8. 2 years on the Kraken x60 I like Corsair more than NZXT but I think the Kraken is better than the H110 in most of the Benchmarks. I have Kraken X60 lying over here. It's waiting for the Corsair 760t
  9. I am really interrested but I'll have to look out for the pricing and availability in germany. some corsair products have weird prices over here... but I love most of them :3
  10. I love my K70. I agree with the wrist rest being too small for big hands btu I have to disagree with the cable I would hate to have a thin low quality non sleeved cable and I hate removable cables on my peripherals. The cables are ther perfect finish for the hard and heavy feel of the K70. In addition to that I think the plastic base is okay. It's not as bad as you make it sound. for me it feel like it can take some beating and thats what I like to feel on a keyboard. My biggest complain with the keyabpard would be that the media keys can't keep up with the solid build feel of the herry mx blues but the volume wheel feels like made by the pc-gods themselfs ;D
  11. I never tried the Corsair fans because I was stuck with my stock case fans and Phanteks fans. The Phanteks fans are awesome :3 we are drifting off the topic! ;D I'll mark your "buy new case" solution as the solving one. Thank you!
  12. nice I love Corsair designs. If the 760 t is more expensive than the 750D I'll take the 750D. I was thinking about buying a H100i but then I won the Kraken ;D The only thing I don't like about Corsair is that you can't buy the sleeved cables for the PSU's in germany -.-
  13. The 690's are not really my style... maye I'll wait till the Corsair 760t is released and get one than. would fit my build. corsair mouse,ram,psu,keyboard...
  14. is your dark souls heavily modded or did you give pinwheel to much time to clone himself? ;D those temps are far to high ._. I hope you find some good TIM soon
  15. I still have the stock window, but I don't trust the stability of it to hold a radiator ...
  16. haha okay No, I should have mentioned the dimensions in the post
  17. ah, okay. sorry, I missunderstood you I keep the outside of my pc uniform. My mouse, keyboard and desk equiptment look like they are from one product line. I mainly use corsair for that reason. As long as you stick to trusted companies you should not have a problem with #2. for example I use a CPU-cooler from Phanteks that is coloured in the same colour my motherboard is. Phanteks has every heatsink in about 4 colourvariations
  18. Did you ever open a mac? they are not perfectly coloured from the inside ;D when I assembled my Pc I tried to match colours, so I went to the homepage of my trusted hardware seller and looked through the products that where in my price range and took my 5 favourites, then I looked form reviews and then I sorted my tip three by the colour and decided which one to get. now I have a perfect white-black-blue build I just need to get some time to sleeve my cables
  19. @crystal6tak sadly the drive bays are not removable, they are hold in place with rivets but that's a great idea. I'll try to find a way to remove them @venturizhou when the radiator is installed there are about 8mm between the radiator and the motherboard I attached a picture of the top with 25mm fans installed. I am was thinking about removing the fins on top of the case and put the fans there but it would ruin my tidy build and the feel of the case
  20. Hello Techtipers! I won a Kraken X60 on a giveaway and noticed that it won't fit my case properly. The case is a Aerocool Xpredator X3 and I'm using an Asus M5A99FX Pro rev. 2 Motherboard. The Kraken itself would fit into the Case but there would not be any spare room for the fans. The fans would be hitting the RAM. Does anybody have an idea how to make the Kraken fit into the case? I'm not experienced at all when it comes to modding but I would give it a try! Thank you! Tell me if you need more information
