Sorry if this was already posted. Why not just put it under the desk? Curtin off and let the warmth flow in(to) your pants. 

So, uhh, heat rises.  So why put the box above the desk and try to force it down?
 
Build a nice box for it, with 200mm intake and exhaust fans, put that box under the desk, you have toasty toes and heat rising all around you.  You also then don't have a computer hanging off the wall with stupid fan jank and other nonsense.
