  1. Wait until you build to buy the graphics card. When the 11xx series cards launch you're going to want the latest and greatest. It's also risky to buy a card, not test it, and hope it works when you build.
  2. There are many 3200x1800 laptops out there such as Zenbooks and Razer Blades
  3. If you're deciding between the R3 1200 and the R3 1300X then the clear choice is the R3 1200. The extra money spent on the 1300X may result in 1 extra fps, but that is it. The small bump in clockspeed with the 1300X isn't worth the increase in price when you consider that another small bump in price can get you eight threads. You really don't need a 2200G if you'll be using a dedicated graphics cards. Get the R3 1200.
  4. Provided that you won't be moving the card around much, you can just place the card in a cardboard box or even place it on paper. The key is to avoid exposing it to conductive materials (like metal) or static-prone materials (like plastic). Anything paper-based is a safe bet.
