  1. Halloo guys, I'm very much sorry for my belated reply. It is year ending time, there is a lot of work pressure in my office. Anyway, I bought Cool Laboratory Liquid Ultra, 3D printed delid tool, and Thermaltake Core P5 open air PC Case. I made a cooler bracket also, coz my cooler's tube length is too short. I delided the cpu and apply the CLU in between the CPU Die and IHS. Didn't use ant glue to relid it. Just use the CPU retention bracket that comes with the motherboard.. After a few minutes, I did a stress test and the result was astonishing. I didn't expect that. Here is screenshot of 20 minutes stress test Cpu Temp never went over 75°c. Thank you all for your valuable suggestions.
  2. Unfortunately, it is running at max speed.. 2600 rpm.. Sorry I didn't mention that earlier
  3. I followed your instructions. Here are the result *Manual mode I started with 1.18 volt but it failed. So I gradually increase the voltage. At 1.20 volt, I got a stable system. I did a 20 min stress test and the temps were at around 85~88°c, but one core(core 1) sometimes hit the 92°c. *Offset mode I started with -0.035 and at this value I got a stable system. So I did a 20 min stress test and the temps were at around 85~88°c. None of the cores didn't go beyond 90°c. So what you say? stick to the cpu and delid it for better result or go for RMA? **One thing I forgot to mention, I played games(AC Origins,GTA V) for an hour and the temps didn't go up over 78°c
  4. You are absolutely right, mine is running at 1.232(2~5% load). I guess I got the pretty bad one. I thinking about RMA . Let see, may be this time I'll get the better one.
  5. I did what you said, sir. But it won't fit. Because H80i radiator is thicker (40mm) than H100i v2(30mm) If I try to fit the radiator to the front side radiator mount, it hit the ram. And if I try to mount the radiator to the rear side of the radiator mount, It hit 8pin cpu connector. But after doing a lot of googling and watching tips&tricks, I figured it out that I was trying to mount the radiator by the mounting holes. Thats why I cant mount it properly. So I mount the radiator slightly offset to the holes. And guess what it worked. Though the idle temps are bit high(~42°c) but never goes beyond 88°c I played Assassins's creed origins for hour and the temps never goes above 75°c. Previously it hit 80°c right after the game start. Thank you for the suggestion.
  6. It does not heat while doing basic task. It heats up only while gaming,
  7. I certainly look into this. I tried that one, but it hit the mobo rear I/O shield and RAM
  8. Would it fit in my old case. Cos I tried to install the cooler on top grill of the case, it hit rear i/o shield and ram
  9. Ok. and is there any other solution, coz in INDIA it will take over a month to replace a cpu
  10. Hi,Recently I have noticed that cpu gets hot while playing games( temps around 80~82°c). I cleaned the fans fans motherboard, cooler and changed the thermal paste but the results were same. My PC specs are 1. Intel Core i7 7700k( @ stock Frequency)2. Corsair H80i3. Asus Maximus IX Hero4. Gskill Ripjaws V 16 GB(2x8 GB) 5. Gigabye GTX 980 Ti G1 Gaming 6. Corsair RM750x7. Corsair Carbide 400R8. 5 120mm case fans ( two at front, two at top, one at bottom)I did some test which I like to share-First test was @32°c room temperature, case fans are @ 1200 rpm, Cooler Fans @ 2600 rpm. CPU temp went to 90°c within a minute.Second test was @25°c room temperature with AC on, case fans are @ 1200 rpm, cooler fans @ 2600 rpm.CPU temp reached 86°c after 3 minutes.I did a Prime95(v26.6) test but cpu temp went 90°c immediately, so I had to stop the test. My question is, 1. Should I delid my CPU to get better result?2. Or something wrong with my CPU( It has 2 years warranty left)P.S: My idle temp on first case 32~34°c and second case 29~31°c
  11. I'm from India. Due to import duty It becomes costly. But I think I can make it from scratch.
  12. I certainly look into that.. How about Antec Spot Cool 100
  13. Ok then I'll remove it. So that amount of heat doesn't fry the card??
  14. Hi guys, Thanks again your help. I got the 1 mm thermal pads yesterday and it fit properly. I did benchmarking with unigine heaven for a half an hour. GPU temp stayed at 65c and also play game for an hour, it never exceed 60c. But one thing I noticed that the black plate is getting too hot, It may burn your skin. unfortunately I don't have any thermometer to measure the temperature. I googled for a solution and found this video on that So what I did is, took heat sinks form my old GPUs and place it on top of the back plate with TIM and thermal pad on the opposite side of the pcb. Surprisingly the back plate remains cool after doing benchmark and playing games. Though I'm not sure about this method. Is it a proper way? Guys please share your views.
  15. Thank you very much sir. and which one should I buy? 1. https://www.amazon.in/Heatsink-Cooling-Conductive-Silicone-100mmx100mmx1mm/dp/B07462B2Z4/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1517649675&sr=8-2&keywords=thermal+pad 2. https://www.amazon.in/Arctic-ACTPD00003A-Silicone-Flexible-Thermal/dp/B00UYTTMNI/ref=sr_1_8?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1517650126&sr=1-8&keywords=thermal+pad First one cheap Chinese one and there is any information about thermal conductivity
  16. I also noticed that pads on the vRAM are much thicker then pads on the VRM
  17. I'm afraid heatsink may not fit properly on gpu die due to pads thikness..Though I'm not sure of about it.
