  1. No it's just pieces of acrylic that i cut and put togheter, custom for this case
  2. No, there is really good flow from bottom to top. I have 65c on CPU when gaming
  3. I wanted to create something different. I was tired of the standard cube shaped cases so i decided to create my own. The result is a Clear Acrylic Cylinder Shape case with custom water cooling. The dimensions are 250mm ( 9.8in ) diameter and 455mm ( 17.9in ) in height. It fitts an mITX board and a full size GPU. My first idea was to make it 200mm (aprox 7.8in)in diameter but then i wouldnt be able to use water cooling soi decided to add a bit to the size. I have mounted a fan at the bottom for cold air intake and one at the top under the radiator that is blowing out. The PSU is placed ontop/beside the fan so it doesnt stand in the way for the airflow, it takes the air from inside the case and out at the bottom. I had some concerns that the hot air from the PSU would get in to the case because of the intake fan but i decided to it that way in the end and havent noticed anything on the temps. the motherboard is placed ontop of the PSU with the connectors up, i first wanted to have all the connections down but then it would collide with the PSU, an alternative was to put the mobo more to the center but then it wouldnt fit with custom water cooling. The gpu is mounted at the ''front'', and with the connection up. I thought that it would light up more but it is darker than i imagened so i have to come up with something for the GPU. The SSD and the HDD (from a laptop) is mounted behind the motherboard/ontop of the PSU, blended with all the cables.... The only thing that im not so pleased with is the cables at the back, i started making sleeved cables but it got to bulky so i scrapped that idea, the cables and the led remote is making it really hard to hid cables so it is what it is.. turned to the wall!. in the future my plan is to mold a piece of plastic and cover it.. I designed everything in a CAD program then milled it in different thickness of Clear acrylic. I think thats all, i hope it will inspire people to make different things Report Follow comments
