    Oof, this is a hard question. Normally I don't buy any used computer parts for fear that they may not work and could have been modified in some way shape or form so I would not suggest buying a used CPU or GPU

    On MacBook Air your CPU will thermal throttle. You play a game like Overwatch and your computer get HOT and REALLY LOUD

    You might as well have bought 2 Titan V's instead of 4 GTX 1080 Ti's and gone with the SLI. Maybe your BIOS isn't working try updating it. Maybe your motherboard could be broken it really depends.

    GPU prices are inflated right now, and I think that your CPU is fine for now. I would worry about a new GPU. Go for the GTX 1050 ti or the GTX 1060 3GB but wait for the prices to go down!

    Don't buy anything right know RAM is really expensive, and GPU prices are inflated because of cryptocurrency mining. You will be paying like 1,200 alone for a GTX 1080 ti

    Did you plug in the 8-pin connector! Probably yes. I had the same problem with this and I just switched from HDMI to Displayport and everything worked, but I think its a problem with power. I think that your graphics card is defective. I would contact the manufacturer and ask for a replacement! Stay away from EVGA PSU's they aren't great! I would recommend a Corsair PSU next time

    Should I sell my GTX 1060 6gb for around 400 dollars and buy a GTX 1050 ti and make money since I only purchased the GTX 1060 for 200 dollars? +200 dollars but then what should I upgrade.
