  1. to add, I have had this system for 5 years and the rtx 3070 for 2 years

  3. Hey all! My PC has been randomly shutting down and rebooting when running anything graphically intensive. I've then narrowed the problem down using Furmark and figured out it is my GPU thats causing the issue. My existing GPU, RTX 3070, was brought to the shop for warranty and they have identified a problem in it. However, plot twist: They gave me a GTX 1060 to use in the meantime and it was working just fine for a few days but the random rebooting problem started reoccurring yesterday. Now that I'm confused is it my PSU or GPU that's faulty? or has my PSU damaged the GPU? PSU: EVGA G3 650W
  4. Thanks for the advice. An update to this: I cleaned the PCB of the graphics card with isopropyl alcohol to get rid of the possible corrosion. I can launch my PC just fine but my GPU is overheating very badly. Its 60 degrees at idle and it goes up to 90+ degrees while gaming and it thermal throttles. Any advice on how I can fix this? I made sure the cooler is installed properly
  5. Hey people! I spilled some water on the GPU back plate when I was doing my custom water cooling loop maintenance. Some of the water got on the PCB but i dried it off fairly quickly. My PC is running just fine but the fan curve is a bit messed up and my game glitched out once. Is there something that I should be doing to minimize the damage?
  6. I will probably switch out the CPU for a non G one. Also, are you planning to use the stock cooler to overclock?
  7. Hello! I'm wondering if I can fit a 240mm radiator in my Corsair crystal 460x RGB case. I used the Corsair Hydro X Cooling configurator and apparently I can only fit a 120mm + 140mm radiator in the case but I am pretty sure that's not the case?.
  8. I was meant to say it turbos up to 4.9 ghz not necessary overclocked it to 4.9 ghz. If I decide to move the radiator to the front intake, should I use the fans provided in the box with the h100i? or should I use the RGB fans provided with the case and plug it in with the same fan controller as the cooler.
  9. I've had my gaming rig for almost 2 years now and when I built my rig I realized one of my fans for my h100i doesn't fit due to how tall the G.Skill TridentZ RGB RAM is. So I just used the other fan that didn't fit as an exhaust fan. Does anyone know a fix to this since I've run a stress test on my computer and my CPU is getting up to 80-100 degrees at 100% CPU load and 50 degrees at around 10%? CPU: i7 7700k (OC - 4.9 Ghz) GPU: Asus Strix GTX 1080 OC (OC -1865mhz) RAM: 32GB of G.Skill Trident Z RGB (Duo Channel) (4 x 8 GB) Motherboard: ASUS ROG Z270E Gaming Cooler: Corsair H100i Case: Corsair Crystal RGB 460X PSU: EVGA Super Nova 850
  10. my i7 7700k clocked at 4.5 ghz is underperforming according to userbenchmark. https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/15147446 any ideas why?
  11. You should consider getting a quadro card lol
  12. Nvidia made mining focused cards but they dont have display ports, therefore the resell value will be low and it cannot be used for other shit
  13. Google assistant is built in the headphones and I personally prefer wireless
  14. Save more money and you can buy much better components. 500 dollars will be better
