  1. When I reinstalled Windows the only drivers I installed were the Nvidia ones. I’ll try to install all the motherboard chipset drivers and such instead of letting Windows do it.
  2. So my friend had some over heating issues with his PC and told me if I fixed it I could buy it. I swapped the stock cooler on it for a hyper 212 eco. The crashes stopped and it was working good. I decided to plug my HDD in that has my games on it to test it. Once again, working good! But then it started to blue screen. I thought that maybe windows corrupted from countless shutdowns of him not knowing it was over heating in the first place. I reinstalled windows and once again it was up and running! I plugged my drive back in and was able to play games again. After about 2 days it started to blue screen again! I get error like “SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED.” I’m nervous it’s hardware issues and I don’t want to buy it if that’s the case. Any help is greatly appreciate! I also want to point out that before my issues started I defragmented the boot drive that is an old seagate barracuda from 2013. It was 18% fragmented and required 36 passes to fix it. After I reinstalled windows I checked again and it was already fragmented 2% again. So is it possible a failing drive? I’m also getting this PC cheap, $200 cheap. If I buy it I plan on buying a new power supply for it as the current one sounds like a turbo jet. I plan to build a new PC in the summer but my current PC is out for the count. If I wasn’t building a new one soon I wouldn’t worry about the psu, but since I can use it in my new to come build it seems like a no brainer. The specs are: CPU- AMD FX-8350 GPU- ASUS STRIX GTX 970 Motherboard- ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0 PSU- Cooler Master RS-600-PCAR-E3 600W
  3. Only $200 so I’m getting it for a deal if all works!

  5. Yeah, it says some stuff about licenses and such. It also says how it is a console app for gcode, but I've seen countless people with it and it has a GUI. README.md
  6. There is no .exe file which is why I'm kinda clueless...
  7. Hi. Kyle here. I am trying to install Cura 15.04.2 and am not having any luck. I went to the GitHub page with the old versions and found this. https://github.com/Ultimaker/Cura/releases/tag/15.04.2 I downloaded and extracted the .zip file on my Windows 10 PC but I cannot find any way to run it. Is this the wrong thing? Or am I just not seeing it. Please help. Thanks, Kyle.
  8. So I decided I'm going to wipe my PC and start over due to sluggishness from unneeded programs and such. But I figured while I was at it I'd pop an SSD in it since I'm just running off a HDD right now. I have windows on my USB ready to go and everything and how to reinstall it, but I wasn't sure how to wipe the old drive since when I reinstall windows it won't wipe that drive. Any help is appreciated! Thanks in advance!
  9. I have an AMD Athlon X4 860k over clocked to 4.3 GHz but when running games like fortnite I’m only at 70%ish utilization and a speed of 2.9 GHz according to task manager. Any thoughts? Thanks in Advance!
  10. So I've had dual monitors for a while(both in landscape orientation), but decided I wanted to put one in portrait mode. Since I switched to portrait mode I've really started to notice the bezels and wondered if there was a way/software for wallpaper bezel correction. Thanks in advance!
  11. I have limited a WiFi I use for gaming that only has 10gb of data. I also have an unlimited one for everyday use. I want to use one for playing online games, and the other to listen to Spotify. I have two network adapters. How can I do this? Thanks in advance. Sorry if any typos!
  12. Thanks to everyone that help I think I figured it out! This is definitely the best forum site I've found! Best, quickest, and most reliable source out there!
  13. Would I just use a program like MagicISO to create an ISO image, and then put it on the USB? Then run it in VIrtual CloneDrive?
  14. Thanks for all the replies!!! But the disc has disc protection(Disc must be in pc to play the game) so would that effect anything?
  15. So I have the old game Zoo Tycoon Complete Collection and I've been wanting to play it again. The problem is I can't find a Digital Download for it and my copy is a CD-ROM, and my gaming PC doesn't have a CD Reader. I've read a lot of forums that say just buy a USB CD/DVD reader, but I don't want to do that. I also read about making an ISO image and stuff but don't know know how. So long story short I wanna put the CD-ROM copy on a USB drive and use it as if it was the disc. If I could get a in depth step-by-step walkthrough that could be great! Or even maybe a video! Thanks for the help!
  16. Thanks for the info! You’re probably right, I’m sure it will still look great. Just got a bit of OCD lol!
  17. So I've been thinking about building a new PC and I wanna go all out on RGB. I started picking out a bunch of part and then it hit me.... How am I going to sync all this fan, NZXT AIO, motherboard, and GPU RGB? I know about all the different brands of software, RGB controllers, and stuff, but how does it all work?
  18. Okay, thanks! Not the response I was hoping for but thank you!
  19. So I live in the middle of no where and have to use a cellular hotspot to game. The trouble is the hotspot is only 10gbs high speed then it is throttled to 2g speeds, which is unplayable. I've used both my hotspot and my mothers. Is there anyway to combine the two hotspots to make the speeds faster? Merging or bridging the two connections maybe I don't know.
  20. Okay Thanks for the help, it’s at least gonna save me some heart ache
  21. You guys have always pulled through for me so I’m back! So my situation is I live in the middle of no where and can’t get cable, DSL, or anything else like it. For our home WiFi we have satellite internet which is fast, but has about 700 ping! So to play online games I use my phone hotspot which has great ping, but when I cap the 10 gig limit it “throttles” to nothing! When it throttles it still has good ping though. So I want to use the speeds of the satellite internet, and the ping of my hotspot. I’ve tried brigding the conentions in control panel and it works good other than I still have 700 ping! Is there some setting I have to change? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
  22. Just got off the phone with sprint and they said that it does run off different data pools! Thanks for the quick responses as always!
  23. Okay, thanks for the help I’ll call sprint and see
