  1. I played some deathmatch and still experienced the stutters on medium-low settings. At the same time as the stutters the VAR shot up to 20 ms.
  2. I play with everything on high. I'll try it out on lower settings and get back to you on performance
  3. Hi guys I recently got back into playing CS:GO and have been having trouble with stutters within the game. It even stutters in the menus sometimes, however the stutters are never consistent. I average around 200 FPS but it doesn't look like it. I contacted steam support and they asked to send screenshots when it happens and they couldn't help me. I included what they said in a screenshot below. I have up to date drivers and my problem only happens in CS:GO , and I make sure everything except for Google hangouts is closed when I play. I included screenshots of when it stutters as well. Steam support suggested an upgrade to my computer or that it had something to do with the var being to high. PC Specs i5-9400f Gigabyte Vega 64 2TB Seagate Barracuda with 16GB optane 1TB Adata SU800 SSD 16GB of Corsair Vengeance @ 2400 MSi B360i Corsair HX950 I think. I know its corsair and its 950 watts
  4. So I recently built a new computer (link to build below) and it is great. Except I am running into a problem with the microphone. My computer detects my microphone, but doesn't pick up any sound. I have scoured the internet for answers trying everything. I have tried: 1. Setting microphone as default device 2. Trying both the front microphone and rear microphone port 3. Making sure microphone is enabled 4. Updating the driver 5. Uninstalling the driver and restarting windows 6. Adjusting the settings such as raising the decibel level and other stuff 7. Trying different microphones 8. Trying to use my phone as a microphone (this failed probably due to a failure in set up on my part.) Applications such as discord recognize the microphone, and that it is outputting a constant stream of audio, but no actual sound. I suspect that it has something to do with my motherboard but I'm not quite sure. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you. -My Build -I forgot to add my OS is Windows 10
