  4. Hello, I have recently had an issue in all the games I play where it freezes / drops to 1-2 fps every so often. There are no consistent patterns in timing, it has happened for 2 minutes straight when I spawn in, it has happened with 1 minute intervals, it has happened with 20 minute intervals. I have no idea what is causing it and I know that my PC is capable of running the games. The games are, Team Fortress 2, Fortnite, League of Legends. Those are the games I have encountered the issue in. I have updated my drivers to the most recent release, I have checked my system many times with, CCleaner and MalwareBytes. Any help is appreciated.
  5. We got it all fixed. Thanks for the help. I will update you tomorrow and tell you if it was a temporary or perma fix.
  6. I don't know, my mate only said that This item is protected by the secure boot policy. Is there anyway to work around UEFI?
  7. This item is protected by the secure boot policy. Don't you have to turn secure boot off in your BIOS?
  8. Hello! One of my mates is not able to join any VAC secured games on TF2. Every time he attempts to he is greeted with this message (attached screenshot below). We have disabled Powershell and tried everything that we can find online. Including secure boot, disabling powershell, re-installing, new router. Nothing has seemed to work permanently, everything we have tried will allow him to play TF2 untill he restarts the game. After that he gets the same message. After we have done one of the fixes we haven't been able to do it again. Anybody know any perma fixes?
  9. It does depend on your budget. If you have a budget of ~$1300+ AUD you should go custom built. If it is below that I would recommend going pre-built. It does also depend on what you want your computer to do. If it is gaming I would recommend going and custom building as a lot of company mark up their pre-built "gaming computers" because they're designed for gaming. If you are looking for an editing rig I would go custom built, as a lot of pre-built PCs aren't designed for editing. If you are just looking for a computer for general use, such as, videos, emails, web browsing, etc. I would go with a pre-built.
  10. So would you recommend going with the 3GB?
  11. I was planning to go with a 1070 but it was out of the budget.
  12. 1920x1080 ~60fps on highest settings
  13. I was looking at purchasing a GTX 1060 6GB. I was wondering if it is worth the extra $100 AUD to get the 1060 6GB over the 1060 3GB.
