  3. Hello everyone! I've just got a quick question reguarding an old PC I have that's simply lying about collecting dust. I like to stream from time to time on my current PC but I noticed playing really CPU intensive games such as DayZ I am limited when streaming. I'd like to set pu mu old PC as a stream machine if it's powerful enough. I used to game on the old thing before I got my current build, now it serves as a back up and a space consumption. Might as well put it to good use, right? Here's the specs: CPU:AMD Phenom 9500 quad core 2.3 Ghz RAM: 4 GB MOBO: Generic HP motherboard (It's a prebuilt system so I have't got an actual name:P ) GPU: Nvidia 9600 GSO HDD: 320GB It's also got a dvd reader/burner. What I plan to do is maybe get an after market cooler and over clock the CPU if possible on this motherboard, then get an SSD and a capture card. But my main question is would it be able to handle streaming? That's all I'll use it for is streaming. I figure if my FX 8350 can handle gaming AND streaming then this should be able to handle streaming alone, besides most capture cards like avermedia have processors in them that take load off the actual CPU. I don't expect it to be top of the line or anything but I think it can produce a pretty solid and qualtiy stream! I'll probably stream at 720p 60fps~ We'll see. I'd love some second opinions though. Thanks a lot guys!
