  1. I think I figured it out. I tried to download the "big main" folder all at once. When I went in and downloaded each individual folder inside the big folder, it seems to work. They all downloaded as word or PDF docs. I appreciate you trying to help
  2. I just graduated high school a couple weeks ago. I found out that my email will be deleted tomorrow, and everything associated with it as well, including my google drive. I have important documents in this big folder that will really help me in my future. I need to have these documents if possible. I have shared the whole folder with my personal account, and I see it. I have also downloaded the whole folder onto my computer. The issue comes when I try and open a document through my computer (not through Drive) and it brings me to the google drive website and it says I don't have access. Is it possible to just download everything as a PDF to my PC and then access it like that? Also if there is a way better way of doing this, please let me know. TIA
  3. For the past couple of weeks my headset hasn't been working properly. Its the SteelSeries Arctics 1. It used to work great but recently the sound is fine but the mic doesn't seem to be working. To make sure it wasn't the headset, I plugged in a pair of apple earbuds and they also don't work (the mic). I went to also try my laptop and the mic works there. I checked settings to make sure my headset mic was even recognized and it is, but still no sound. I checked all my drivers and they are up to date, I even downloaded the SteelSeries GG app just in case that was the issue, it wasn't. TIA
  4. Ok thankyou, unfortunatly, that is my bios. I remember when I went to get this PC it said that it was customizable and that I would be able to "make it mine [yours]" but its whatever I guess. I took the ram out and its 3200mhz memory and when I go into corsairs ICue software, it says my ram is runnng at 1330.5mhz. The ram thats in it is Hyperx Fury ram so its decent ram and theres some decent parts in here, not just chinese no name parts so i thought I would be able to do a little bit of work myself.
  5. I plan on buying new more ram for my PC as it only came with a single stick of 8gb 3200mhz ram. Before I get the second stick i wanted to make sure that I would work with my motherboard and CPU. As I was doing my research, I came across a video from Jaystwocents about how ram doesn't run at the advertised speed out of the box. He talks about going into the bios and enabling XMP. This made me want to go into the bios and do the same because his 3866mhz ram was only running at 2100mhz. The only issue im running into is I can't figure out how to get to my Ram settings in my bios. The only thing I can find related to my Ram in the bios is ho much I have. I tried doing some research but it all seems to o over my head and I can't understand it well. Any help would greatly be appreciated.
  6. I just got it to work. I had to delete the storage pool and then did it show in disk managment. Thanks for all of your help. As a last question, do you know why it would just create a storage pool?
  7. update: I noticed that the new drive is apart of a pool, so it seems like windows can detect the drive. but when I try to remove the drive from the pool, it won't let me because there are files on the drive
  8. just did everything again in powershell running at admin. Nothing seems to happen when I try to reset the disk
  9. this is the error I get when I do clear-disk -number 1 This is the list of disks. I believe Number 1 is the new disk that I want to add because it is the only HDD in the system This is the error I get when I do rest-physical disk and then do WDC WD10EZEX-08WN4A0 as the friendly name
  10. I can now see the drive (I believe) but what do I do with clear-disk? when I type it, this shows up: cmdlet Clear-Disk at command pipeline position 1 Supply values for the following parameters: Number[0]:
  11. seems like "List-physicaldisk: doesn't work, powershell says its not a command
  12. Already di all that multiple times. When I first got the pc, I checked all connections and I made them all good. When I got the hard drive, I did it again for sata connections. I also tried other cables and spots. I reset my computer multiple times. I updated all drivers. I went into bios and it does show up, went into intel optane memory and storage managment, and it shows up there too. It just doesn't show up in settings or file explorer
  13. it only lists one drive, the one that came with the PC
  14. Also, I checked intel Optane memory and storage managment, and it shows up there and in that app it says there are no problems, but it still doesn't show up in file explorer
  15. When I open Disk Managment, the drive doesn't show up, but when I go to create a pool, the drive shows up there
  16. I just got a new PC (HP Omen 25L) and the first thing I added to it was more storage. I bought a 1tb WD Blue HDD and I've used this drive in the past and it has worked fine for me but this on won't show up in windows. The drive dos show up in the bios but not in "File Explorer" in windows. All of my drivers are up do date, all connections are tight, and I have tried this drive in another bay and it still doesn't show up. Any advice would greatly be appreciated
  17. I tried this last night. went from a high of 111C to a new high of 72C playing Valorant
  18. Yea I was planning on upgrading the GPU in the future and in order to do that I would have to upgrade the PSU. But for now I will run it "Stock".
  19. Lenovo Legion Tower 5 AMD Gaming Desktop AMD Ryzen 7-3700X 16GB Memory NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Super 256GB SSD+ 1TB HDD Phantom Black 90RB000EUS - Best Buy Posted earlier about another issue and it got me thinking that I should just buy a PC. I came across this and it seems like a great deal but I would like some other opinions. There seems to be a ton of different models of this PC and I can't find the exact model on youtube for a review. (Edit: Found a couple). But for the specs, seems like US$1050 is a great deal. Thanks in advance
