    Happened to me before... It was one of my HDDs dying. Try removing one of the 2 HDDs if u removed 1 and the pc is fast again its probably the HDD dying. Heat lessens HDD and SSD lifespan so I put an old Intel heatsink on my new HDD to help absorb the heat.
