Ok so this has happened about 6 times now . Randomly this happens, now when i restart everything seems to be fine do i have a bad gpu or is this just a driver issue? the card is a Gigabyte r9 270x with Catalyst 14.12 I posted a video of the issue https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=onmXth1OZXY&feature=youtu.be

I've never really hurt myself, i did crack my fingernail by sticking it in a cpu fan at full speed.

I was using my acer AL1916W and it suddenly went black but i can still fainly see the i image and when i turn it off and turn it back on it lightsup and flickers for about 4 seconds and goes dead Is my monitors backlight dead

So i was playing around with my old pentium 4 3.4 prescott motherboard So i tried to turn it off with a screwdriver on the panel header ive done it before on other motherboards and while i was one of the capacitors crackled and smoked and smelled of burning plastic did i short out the mobo or is my board bad the board also has a broken IDE controller and the cpu fan is always running at full speed Graphics card is fried as well that was before the cap smoked
