I'm going to start trying to get a graphics card again to finally go forward with my build, and since I've waited this long I'm considering going all out and custom water cooling it. I know for the type of gaming I do, anything I do is going to be overkill but I want to challenge myself and build a great showpiece machine. For the Asus Strix X570-E I really like the idea of doing the EKWB monoblock instead of the typical CPU block, but I'm guessing that means removing the passive cooling that is already on the VRMs. Has anyone else done a monoblock on this board, anything to know, cautionary tales to steer me in the more "sensible" option of the CPU block? I'm not expecting to see any drastic or even noticeable differences in performance, but should i expect there to be any?
