  1. Yea wanted to check XTX and XT on an up to date benchmark
  2. I am refering to this section in the video: time stamp should take you there if you open it up if you play it here I am not sure.
  3. Budget (including currency): 15000 DKK (2200 USD) Country: Denmark Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: ARPGs, MMOs, e-sport games, software dev, content creation (streaming & editing), single player games (example: Hogwarts Legacy) Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I think this link should have all the details! If not please ask so I can add it. https://river-ghost-82b.notion.site/Shopping-list-b0fb18ae25994db2b7be0f9be56003dd
  4. I did say that? " Replacing the industrial fans is a MUST that was a mistake!" I guess I didnt say because of sound I guess but thats well known I will add it just to be clear!
  5. The current fans I got are industrial in the case which I am replacing do to sound. and the shit brown normal noctua fans that comes with the cooler those are gonna need more then just a corner spray paint though so I am not sure what you mean.
  6. No need if i get the fans they made with color (https://www.komplett.dk/product/1068236/hardware/pc-komponenter/blaeserekoelerevandkoeling/blaesere/noctua-nf-a14-pwm) but I think it just makes more sense and again is way prettier to get the dark rock and then have another CPU cooler. might just get some other fans for the CPU but I just think there is less value in that.
  7. To be more specific two noctua fans for the CPU in a good color will be 60 bucks a dark rock pro will be 90 bucks. So I pay 30 bucks for a better looking cooler and then I got a spare one I can either sell or use for another project
  8. Alrighty I get ya the cooler itself is just not good looking is what I mean even with prettier fans. It is an options i have considered (The price of Noctua fans means that would be very close to just getting the prettier dark rock pro 4)
  9. The fans are in the case the fans on the noctua are fine (if also really ugly) as I wrote in the post I am pretty sure the board has a short in it causing random reboots.
  10. Yeah they are from what I can find virtually the same in performance maybe a slight edge to the Noctua.. but it is so ugly!! Kinda regretting it
  11. I am kinda planning to make an external drive bay setup for storage not to sure about that one yet but that is the thought.
  12. So I am having some issues with my PC randomly rebooting (and I mean really randomly can be days in between and sometimes it is 8 times in a day) Which I am pretty sure is a short in the motherboard (I have tested RAM, GPU, CPU more details here: So since I have to go in and take it apart to replace the motherboard I might as well throw in that upgrade I have been contemplating, so what do you guys think? Did I make some sound choices? The CPU cooler "upgrade" is really not in need at all, the Dark rock just looks so much better then the Noctua that I am strongly considering switching it out. Replacing the industrial fans is a MUST that was a mistake! (they are very loud!!) Any comments or questions or suggestions for my PC upgrade is very welcome!! Also considering a 5700 XT once board partners release GPUs, thought? Worth it? 13. Drivers are up to date, and it's been a continues problem it just got worse yesterday. I updated Windows to 1905 like a couple of weeks ago but there was random reboots before that.
  14. It could be but it seemed more like it was stuck trying to reboot if I left it it booted on its own. It normally boots just fine except when it the reboots today where it got stuck a couple of times. Before that whenever I had the random reboots once pr. week ish it just instantly booted up again. And it has always booted up when pressing power button with the exception of where it seemed stuck.
