Hello! Y'all have always been helpful so I thought maybe you could help me with this new, and very annoying problem. Starting the past week, my GTAV has started stuttering randomly throughout gameplay. I will be getting 60 FPS then it drops to 5-10 for about 5 seconds then hops back up. This cycles every about 30 seconds and really messes up my ability to play the game. This also happens to other games as well. I never thought I was getting full performance from my hardware but now this is just insane. It even lags when entering the Menu. Ive seen videos with people running ULTRA graphics with my same hardware and getting 100+ FPS. Any help would be much appreciated :). THX Yall!!!! Specs: 3700X 4.2 GHZ (Standard Boost), 2080TI EVGA XC, 750W PSU, 16GB 3200Hz Corsair Ram, Operating System-512GB M.2 NVMe SSD, and my games are on a 512 GB SSD.

Hello Peoples of the LTT community, I have recently rebuilt my computer (downsized from ATX to mini ITX for college) and now I have started to have softlock issues. I will be watching youtube, or playing GTAV, or doing nothing at all and one app will freeze. Then when I try to click on chrome for example, it will then also freeze. I can still hear the sounds from a discord call, or music from chrome, but the picture is frozen. Then the softlock spreads to the rest of the apps. I can still bring up task manager but none of the apps close when I try to close them. Lastly, I try to shut down my computer and the button come sup (fromthe start bar) but it doesnt do anything. I am forced to constantly long press my power button to stut down my computer. This softlock can happen 5 hours into the computer being on, or 1 minute into it. It varies drastically. Please help me, I already lost a few important documents I was working on and it really is bad when online gaming!!! THX!!!! Hello All!I am going to be going to college here in the next few weeks and would like to bring my desktop with me as I do video editing as a side job. I would also like to play a few AAA titles while im there, such as GTAV and Arma.I currently have an Obsidian 750D case which is absolutely MASSIVE and would take up way to much space in my small dorm room. I want to sell some of the componets from my current build and put together a powerful/yet small computer. Here are my current specs: Ryzen 1700X at 3.5 GHZ, EVGA 1070 FTW, Asus crosshair VI Hero, Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2x8), Samsung 970 EVO NVMe M.2 (500GB), 2x 500GB SSDs, 6TB HD, Corsair CX750M PSU, Noctua NH-D-15 SE-AM4 Cooler. I also have 3 Monitors, 1x 1440 29 Inch, 2x 23.5 Inch 1080p.I want to be able to run these AAA titles at 60 FPS on my 1440P monitor and have one additional 1080P monitor as well. I have an additional 400 dollars I can spend on this project as well as the money I will make from selling my computer parts (if needed.)I always come here since yall are the experts on PCs!
