Hey guys well my Hard Drive just died so if we could please take a moment of silent... But i make small youtube gaming videos and i need a Hard Drive to store them, I am currently running most of my stuff on my main SSD which is a corsair Neutron 128gb but after i moved all the important files there it has 10 gb of space left so a need a HD ASAP. The Drive would be use to store games there and to record to it. So what would you guys recommend ? Hey guys i do youtube and i upload Minecraft in 720p, but i have noticed that youtube compression has gotten a lot worst. I have a friend that does youtube as well and he told me that he upscales his videos to 1080p and his videos look a lot clearer then mine which is weird because i use a way better bitrate. This is what i use in adobe Premier: Video - 720p, 29.97 fps, CBR to 20mbps, (Render at maximum depth checked) Audio - 48,000 khz at 320,000 He uses Adobe Premier - Upscaled 720p to 1080p, 29.97 fps, CBRat 15mbps and same Audio So my Question is he is getting a little better youtube compression when he upscales should i upscale as well ? I heard that you get better quality when upscaling because youtube compress 1080p because it needs more bits for Higher resolution so since it gives it more bits 720p looks better. Also should i use CBR or VBR 2

Hey guys i just bought a cougar fan by impulse http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835553002&cm_re=COUGAR_CF-V12HP_Vortex_Hydro-Dynamic-Bearing-_-35-553-002-_-Product but i dont really know where to put it. Should i replace my hyper 212 evo fan with this one and put the hyper 212 evo included fan as a bottom intake and just keep it around 50% so it wont be noisy.

Hey guys i want to say thanks to this community and everyone who helped specially to helping and Vrbas since i followed what you guys said, i said my LLC to regular and lower the voltage by 0.0375. Yesterday when i was in the forums i had a temperature of 50c today i have a temperature of 38c and my house is a little bit hotter it's at 83f damm you south texas, but my A/C is in the process of getting fix and my house should come back at 65c so maybe that would help as well. But like said thanks to everyone who helped.

Hey guys well my cpu is usually around 45c while web browsing and around 63c gaming, today i started gaming BOII for about 15 minutes and i reach 65c and i was like WTF, so i got off and let cool down for a few minutes and then i decide it to got the motherboard i should be uploading a pictures of what i found and about the settings i use which are the default ones. right now i am currently typing and checking my CPU temperature so here is a picture as well. Now do you guys think it's normal i am using a amd fx 8350 at stock 4 ghz pai with a hyper 212 evo. But my A/C broke today afternoon do my house is currently at 27c or 81f so that might be affecting. Tell me your thoughts because i am thinking about contacting AMD for RMA.

hey guys i am going to be remounting my hyper 12 evo because apparently i did a bad mount, it was my first time so yeah but when i first installed it i used the default thermal paste and i want to use a different one. So this is a quick question of which one should i use.

*facepalm* they don't at 70c they throttle or crash.

yeah for anyone saying that they can much hotter at 65c the motherboard gives you a warning song at the corner and at about 70c it crashes or throttles.

Hey guys i have a AMD FX 8350 at stock which is 4 ghz but when im browsing the web or watching a youtube its at 40c - 42c and when i play games it gets about 64c and that is really hot for a AMD CPU. I am using a hyoer 212 EVO to cool it and its inside a fractal design define R4 windowed version which has 2 front intakes i added one and 1 rear exhaust all of the fans are fractals silent series r2. and my house is usually around 71F. Do you guys think i should contact AMD about it or buy better thermal paste since im using the default one. Tell me down below what do you guys think it could be.

Hey guys well about a week ago i installed for the first time a after market cooler. It wasn't anything fancy it was the cooler master hyper 212 Evo. But my First CPU was the AMD FX 8320 and i use to get around 64c under heavy load (streaming) with the stock CPU cooler then AMD send me the AMD FX 8350 and i decide it to buy a hyper 212 evo. Now like i said 2 weeks ago i installed but i notice that when im gaming it gives me the warning of reaching 65c. But i thought that the 8320 and 8350 where suppose to produce the same amount heat since both of them use the same voltage. Besides i have the 212 Evo on the 8350 so do you guys think i should upgrade cooler or remount it. Also i am running the 8350 at stock which is 4 ghz and i used the included thermal paste since everybody said that cooler master included thermal paste was great.

Hey guys i have been doing some testing for the last couple of days and i have found out that core temp shows temperatures lower than fan xpert. For example i am currently watching a twitch stream and Fan xPert shows 43c and core temp shows about 37c with a minimum of 24c and a max of 43c. I have searched in the forums and found that most people say core temp is more accurate. Which one do you guys think is more accurate ? which one should i listen to? Another thing to note is that when i play COD fan xpert shows about 61c and core temp 57-58c. More Info: Using AMD FX 8350 at Stock 4ghz and colling in with a hyper 212 Evo. Hey guys well i just bought 2 140mm Fractal Design Silent Series R2 Fan and i want to mount them with the rubber screws and i just don't see how to do it. I know this is a dumb question but that's why the forum exist! It's to help people learn. So if anybody has installed using the rubber screws tell me. I tried putting the rubber screw through the fan and it goes but it doesn't any space left for the case. Like always thanks for anyone who helps.
