  1. Sounds like something is overheating possibly, maybe the vrms? could also be a bad psu not providing enough power so you're getting power limited. i'd check hwinfo to see if any voltages look to low, then i'd check if any temps at all are too high. and go into sensors only mode.
  2. You can shill too, shill out your money to today's sponsor raid shadow legends.
  3. Works flawlessly by the way, haven't overclocked it much yet still waiting to get it in a system with more rads.
  4. Here's my beauty. It's single slot so I eventually plan to build a laptop with it. For now it's running in my x79 classified with a 1070 ti.
  5. Well I somehow found one of these babies last week and got it today. Figured with how rare it was y'all might find it interesting here.
  6. 3900x Might get you a bit more fps but the main reason to go for it imo is for longevity because 12 cores for 437$ is an absolute steal even compared to 8 for 300 imo. https://www.amazon.com/AMD-Ryzen-3900X-24-Thread-Processor/dp/B07SXMZLP9/ref=sr_1_2?dchild=1&keywords=3900x&qid=1587055996&sr=8-2
  7. I would blame the psu first, if possible try to test that in another system or swap it out with another psu if you have one on hand. If you trust yourself to next i'd take out the cpu and look for any bent pins and such. Laos look for thermal paste in the pins, that happens sometimes and can be fixed with 99% alcohol.
  8. The only problem is that it was the only dual socket lga 771 board where you could overclock the xeons, hence its rarity. Ltt actually did a video on it.
  9. Hello! I am trying to determine a good price to sell me intel D5400XS dual lga 771 motherboard at? I figure it's pretty rare given that I can't find it being sold anywhere really but don't know what's a good price to ask.
  10. So I have a question, i've got a gtx 690 and wanted to know if i could somehow use one gtx 680 to run one virtual machine (i.e. linux) and one to run another (i.e. some windows os) thanks!
