I bought new memory module of HyperX 8gb ddr4 2666mhz to add to already existing memory of same specs Corsair Vengeance 8gb ddr4 2666mhz but on adding the module in the memory slot(the alternate one as they say), the total speed of the combined 16gb reduced to 2133 instead of 2666. Can you please help? My config: i5 8400 MSI Z370-A Pro Corsair 8gb ddr4 2666(old) + HyperX 8gb ddr4 2666(new) GTX 1060 6gb Thanks in Advance

I have a laptop which have i5 7200U with base clock of 2.5 ghz and turbo boost upto 3.1 ghz. My laptop most of the time stays on the turbo boost clock speed. Lately i have been planning to build a pc so did a lil research on the cpu. I know with Intel it happens but is it also with Ryzen cpus. In some sites they say that cpu have a base clock which obviously is least expected clock speed for it out of the box and also say that that desktop cpu have a some turbo speed. So is it that Ryzen cpus also have this feature? I have never owned an overclocked cpu in my life for your knowledge. So i have no clue about these. Just Saying. Thanks for answering(if you do). : )

I recently bought an Acer E 15 EG-575G-50ZZ (to be exact) i knew it would be obviously slower with the conventional HDD so i decided to upgrade it later. It has a free M.2 slot and i think of upgrading it. So i am confused with two popular products: SSD(Corsair MP500 240gb) And, Intel Optane 32gb Ssd is obviously great with high data speeds(blah blah so on). But i think optane also seems to be great with nearly half the price of the M.2 it just makes everything faster. Now you tell me what to do? Thanks already {and for your information i am 19 and i like to play games and intall a lot of stuff so intalling speeds, data tranfer and boot time are some obvious things to consider}

For reader's knowledge i don't have money for editing software and i am making videos for Youtube. I just wanted to know that "Is Blender a pro editor for making a 2d animation its complex (i use it but very detailed) ?". I know there are alternatives like Flash multimedia (i don't know any other). So brief me a lil on - Whether Blender is good for 2d animation or not and what are other alternatives(with a lil budget). Give a short answer i am not that techy (just a lil) and thank you for your support.
