Stool guaiac test should only have taken half an hour to do, but they might be doing a more elaborate exam for it. Hopefully, it turns out to be something benign or mental and not something like an ulcer or colitis.
Make sure you take your pre- and probiotics with your meals and that you get all of your vitamins, especially the B-complexes, C, and A. I used to have terrible stomach pain and heartburn that omeprazole abated until it turned out that I would eat too many PB&J sandwiches and too little water.

They didn't give a bottle of testing fluid to use? Hint: it's H2O2 or hydrogen peroxide. If you were given two kits, you can try it yourself.
Also, do you or a family member have a history of kidney, ureter (kidney-bladder), or bladder stones? This could explain blood in urine as could a bacterial infection.

I got one kit that I just stab my stuff wih then put it in a bottle and give it to them
and I’m not sure my dads side se me to her healthy but my mother was adopterd and we know nothing about her family medical history.
i haven’t been needing to puke anymore but whenever I eat or drink I burp a lot right after.
