  1. AH I see, that makes sense now! I've been able to set it to use the GPU instead! Thank you!
  2. Hi there, I'm new the tech side of things when it comes to tech INSIDE a laptop/PC. But I have my laptop and I go to the nvidia setting and I see this (Screen shot attached). IS this right? On my main PC I h ave WAY more options. IS my laptop actually using my GPU? I've attached both my NVIDIA settings and whats in my laptop.
  3. Hi there, As the title implies, I'm currently looking for a laptop purely for editing videos for YouTube. They're going to be gaming videos and max 1080p. I've have really been looking into this, its a little confusing and I've tried to look on a few different forums about what I need. All I mainly know is I need a dedicated graphics card. I've seen two main types of graphics cards, the 1650 and the 1050, but have no idea which is best! What I need help with is... picking the right laptop... Does anyone have an idea of which one(s) I could/should choose from?
  4. I already have a second gaming pc which is about 3 years old but still good at playing up to date games. I have an up-to-date gaming pc too so doing this dual pc isn't a problem, I just need to know what to do to actually set it up! Heard about a capture card, or just connecting the pc's together. If I did connect them together do they both need internet or can the streaming/recording pc use the internet from the gaming pc without lag?
  5. Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone on here could give me some help/advice! I'm trying to do a dual computer setup where I can record and stream on another computer. Which I've recently heard about. I've watched a few videos on YouTube and googled it to but still a little confused, on YouTube all they talk about is "dual computer for streaming. " Now I understand that but what about recording too? The programs I'd be using would be, OBS to stream and record. On my streaming pc can i record as well stream or is it one or the other? Or do I need any other programs? Any advice, videos or anything which is up-to-date would be great! (Some videos I watched we're years old and not if there content is still usable.) Many thanks John
