H3llscr3am got a reaction from Navjot Singh Minhas in Please suggest laptop for my requirements.
I've had my Sager NP8651-S (Clevo P650SE) for over 3 years now, and hauled it back and forth to the middle east with me on multiple trips, it's been in a car accident (roll over) and survived (in a neoprene protective sleeve inside of a backpack). It basically runs 24/7 without issues... so I'd say yes, but its my only Clevo/Sager laptop so far.
Also, I didn't catch that you wanted both a good/powerful internal GPU and the ability to have an external GPU, for eGPUs it'd need Thunderbolt 3, so perhaps one of these other Clevo/Sager models would better suit you.

no problem, as a side note, Clevo/Sagers use MXM format GPUs, so you can upgrade the internal GPU in the future. Also most chips are socketed, and can/could be upgraded too...
you can learn more about Clevo laptops and resellers here:
