  1. Planned on selling my PC, so I tried factory resetting my PC but when I do, I get an error saying that no changes were made and that it couldn't reset. I tried holding shift while restarting to click factory reset that way but this time, it started to reset but immediately black screened. I left it for about 6-7 hours but still nothing. Can't find a solution anywhere. The monitor is on and shuts off when resetting. Need a solution, tried a few things but to no avail.
  2. Did you end up fixing the issue? facing the same thing and haven't found a fix
  3. So I did one by one, I can clock my cpu to speed, but I can't clock my ram to 3600 (stock speed), it is stuck at 2133 or it reboot loops. So a bad stick or set of ram? it shows up normally as 16gb, just stuck at that speed.
  4. I'll try this stuff out when I'm home after work and we will see! Thank you sir
  5. I tried the CMOS stuff a few times yesterday to no avail, although thats good to know about the XMP loop, thank you!
  6. Recently just put together my new PC, after first boot I restarted to change some BIOS settings (Overclock CPU, Enable XMP). After doing so, when I exit the BIOS, my PC gets stuck in an infinite Reboot Loop until it pops up with and error and makes me change the settings back to stock. The PC boots fine and runs fine if everything is untouched and stock. This meaning, I can't even set my cpu to the stock speed (it's stuck on variable, which lowers my fps in games). If I only enable XMP, it reboots 2-3 times and then starts. What could be the cause? How can I fix it? Specs: Cpu - Ryzen 2200g CPU Cooler: Deepcool Castle 360 v2 Ram - G.Skill Trident 16Gb 3600 GPU: Gigabyte 1050ti Mobo - Gigabyte Aorus Elite WIFI PSU - 500W EVGA EDIT* I damaged my HDD while building the PC, it repairs everytime on startup (this is not the boot drive and it has nothing stored on it) Would this have any relation?
  7. Was thinking of buying this but don't want to buy it if its not any good, anyone know how good they are? Seems pretty decent but thought id ask! https://www.staples.ca/en/philips-226e9qdsb-21-5-inch-anti-glare-led-lcd-ips-monitor-with-amd-freesync-technology-1920-x-1080-60hz-5ms/product_24364472_1-CA_1_20001
  8. I'm looking for a monitor thats below 200 dollars canadian. Mainly used for gaming, CSGO mainly. Would like IPS if possible, not a deal breaker though. would like at least 70hz but once again, not a deal breaker as i may be able to overclock it. 21.5-25 inch is preferred oh and i want to be able to mount it on a stand!
  9. I'll look into this stuff tomorrow morning and I'll get back to you then
  10. Before i bought my new build, I had trouble with my GPU displaying video, but when i tried a different gpu in the old build, it didnt work either, so i figured it was a PCIE slot problem. Bought a new build (Motherboard, RAM and CPU, completely new platform). That new build worked great up until now, (about 4 days) and now that gpu wont display any video (on board video does work). - I have new drivers, I tried to delete it, didnt help - Speccy doesnt recognize that there is a gpu in the system) any help would be appreciated, rma'ing would be the worst considering Gigabyte sucks
