  1. For sure... Building a PC is actually a very personal (I say this because I thought it would be all Data and hard stats) I think it looks good But I'm no expert.... lol wich is why I have a similar topic on the build forum I have only ever upgraded my box store PC's But I'm about to build my first whole system
  2. I appreciate the opinions but I would like DATA. HARD freaking data, with the methodology, used. Nice but they don't give their DATA or their Methodology
  3. even a Evo 212 cooler would be a nice change at $29 https://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-Hyper-RR-212E-20PK-R2-120mm/dp/B005O65JXI Most popular cooler on the market I know a few people who love this cooler even for light overclocking of your cpu
  4. yes, I'm also thinking of buying a new rig at this price point and would like to know the answer also.... I have heard rumors that more i9's would be coming but I assumed that would be out of my price range. But you know what they say about making an assumption, you make an ass out ou you and me.... anyway yeah what might we be able to get if we wait. I agree with @PCMasterDebater and @ZM Fong that having a better cooler will really help. Your CPU getting hot can cause shutdowns and/or ruin your processor(definitely lowers the lifespan). I don't know about you but spending this kind of money I want mine to last as long as posible.
  5. So would the i7 7700k be better if I dropped to 1440p gaming Are there any coolers that definitely come with the am4 bracket.... if I'm paying 1800$ for a pc or 80$ for a cooler I would pay a bit extra for a cooler that already has the am4 bracket included. Great site thank you for the link @lee32uk but they only had graphs for the super high end stuff....anyone know where i can get data for the i7 series and Rizen tested the same way .... I have taken data from other sources and put together but I'm worried they used different methodology as they don't always give there methodology used. P.s. is op(original poster)? also where did you find this warranty for aio cooler? Just wondering if they all do this because I have seen people say both yes they will replace your 800$ video card and no they don't replace other pc parts that weren't there cooler.
  6. lol the i7-7700k build I had in my cart except I had a crap video card apparently (GTX 1070)and I couldn't tell if the Ryzen's or i7's were the best processors. So may fans on both sides which I respect but don't know where to find the data. I am looking to make some graphs... like price / fps and price / encoding speed
