    If you don't use Quick Connect I'd suggest disabling it (Teamviewer still works without it, all it is, is the little button on the program menu bar). I had the same issue as you and some games would work where some wouldn't (Some games automatically are ignored by QuickConnect)
     
    Options - Advanced - QuickConnect, then select Configure and untick the 'Show QuickConnect Button' to disable it.

    Do you have Teamviewer installed? If so the Quick Connect button can cause fullscreen to fail.
