Alright, so after testing the ram sticks in different slots, I have have come to the conclusion that two of my sticks are dead. They still show up, but they don't function, because they don't boot.

The motherboard is fine as long as its running at 2133.

Yes its supposed to say 16gb. I'm also recently getting low memory errors in games.

4 sticks can run on dual channel, as long as its 2133 according to my mobo manual.

Its the same memory but its 4x4. My motherboard doesn't support quad channel.
