the ryzen 1600 will do just as good and costs less while providing a stock cooler, get that instead. hynix sl308 is much faster and fit's your white theme while only a few bucks more.

That PSU was released quite recently and it's one of the best units for low end budget. It's been reviewed very well! It's more than enough for a GTX 1070 and it's one of my go-to units for low-budget oriented builds.
