  1. I love Sony's phones since they broke away from Ericsson, the screen is amazing and the version of Android they ship with is my favourite. Debrand's skins are nice and custom, setting you apart from everybody else
  2. I wish I could get you some information, but I've only seen pictures also I'm going to do a similar thing with my 600T - switching out the hard drive bays and putting a 5.25" to 3.5" converter to put my hard drives up there, and using a 120mm fan to pull some air over them. Good luck with the mod, hope to see some pictures as you progress
  3. I've removed all drivers, run msconfig and stopped all applications and non-Microsoft processes opening on launch (hoping one of them was causing incompatibility) and then ran a driver sweeper before restarting, but to no avail. I have been leaving my monitor plugged into the card, but switched to the motherboard after the driver sweeper with no help. I've been going through all the options in the Windows Repair thing and the Repair/Reset options are my last two, leaving them for the end though. Will need an 8.1 disk image though I think Will do pal, hope it's just something silly and I can sort it soon. Working 12 hours shifts doesn't help though lol
  4. Cheers pal, going to give it a try in a little bit. A friend and I were troubleshooting a bit more, and it does look like drivers are to blame, but I've tried my best to get it to boot using the Intel graphics then installing Nvidia, hopefully that Driver sweeper helps for me. Thanks again guys, I'll update this again after I've given it a try. Edit: I followed the steps of uninstalling the Nvidia driver, sweeping them and re-booting into safe mode to update the Intel driver, but it wouldn't boot normally from the iGPU (yes, I moved my HDMI to the motherboard)
  5. I had it disabled a while ago, but it seemed to enable itself again. I turned it off last week when I started having the issues but to no avail
  6. I have nothing to swap it with, but I am using safe mode on the SSD.
  7. That's what I was thinking, but I can't install them in Safe Mode, and low resolution mode doesn't work for me either.
  8. Hi guys, first time using the troubleshooting section so sorry in advance if I don't list everything for you guys to help me. Basically, I have a build from December 2012 that I have been using Windows 8 Pro 64bit with until the other day when the Windows 8.1 update became available on the Windows Store. The update went fine, and it restarted my PC and everything was as it should be. Now here's where it started going wrong; I turned off my PC normally (not hibernation or sleep) and I haven't been able to boot properly since then. I've checked my BIOS to see if it is using the correct SSD (it is) and I've gone through Windows 8's safe boot menu and tried all options short of formatting my SSD. The only thing I can do is boot into Safe Mode. I've tried booting into low resolution mode so I can install new BIOS and such, but to no avail. Just in case you need them, my hardware is as follows - 3770K Stock clocks, P8Z77-V Deluxe mobo, Corsair Force Series 3 120GB SSD, Corsair Dominator Platinum 1600Mhz 8GB (2x4) and a GTX 680 Lightning. I haven't changed any hardware recently, only the Windows 8.1 update. Thanks in advance for the help, guys
  9. Nice build, I love the Air 540 but don't have the desk space for it. Great pics Guessing this is a typo, just letting you know.
  10. I know it's a custom PCB, but there has been two good quality blocks that have been out for the 680 and 7970 Lightnings for awhile now. Here's and example of one from EKWB - http://www.scan.co.uk/products/ek-fc680-gtx-lightning-acetalplusnickel-for-msi-geforce-680-gtx-lightning-series
  11. The build quality is as good as you can get. It uses military grade components and my Lightning has never skipped a beat
  12. Because the 770 Lightning is roughly the same as the 680 Lightning, I wonder if the waterblocks would fit. I would personally wait for them to come out though, as they will definitely be made like the 680 Lighting waterblocks were.
  13. If you need to, you could get a low profile cooler. Noctua do a pretty nice one that cools quite well (obviously not as well as it's bigger brothers) or you could always go with a closed look liquid cooler, like Antec or Corsair, etc. If you're set on this air cooler, and can't find any help here. Just give it a quick google to see if anybody else is using this heatsink in an ITX build.
  14. MSI GTX 770 Lightning, hands down best GTX 770. I own the GTX 680 and have had it overclocked quite a bit, and the Twin Frozr IV kept it incredibly cool at those clocks. If you're going to leave it stock, and let GPU Boost 2.0 do all the work, the MSI cooler will still keep things nice and cool.
  15. Have you considered a Bitfenix Spectre Pro/Pro LED? I have a 600T (which is essentially the same case) and I managed to fit the 25mm thick fan with the drive cages in the original spot. With your drive cage moved over you shouldn't have any problems with fitting it in. They're very nice fans and considerably quieter than the stock Corsair 200mm.
