So the stylesheets are loading, but not displaying. Could you right click -> Show source on the main page and it should open a new tab with the source for the page. If it doesn't do that, close the dev tools and try again. Then copy and paste its contents into a code tag inside a spoiler here and I'll take a look. There is also something which will have appeared on the console tab, so if you could screenshot that.
I'm going to be AFK tomorrow until Wednesday, so there might be a delay before I get back to you.

If it fails to load, it's an issue with your computer (check the HOST file and also try refreshing the page using Ctrl+F5). Also, try visiting one of the sites listed in the capture above in the console. If they load, it's really odd.
It seems to be loading a bit better than before though so that's really strange.
I won't have internet now until Wednesday (perhaps tomorrow morning but that's it) so I won't be able to help after that.

So it actually does load the data, but doesn't render it correctly. Could you try visiting one of the images linked in the console previously. If you can access it, try a different browser (I know it doesn't work in other places too but still try), and if you can't, check your proxy and host file settings.

Press F12 and go into the resources tab. Under Frames on the left, open the name of the site ("Log In") and if there's a section titled "Stylesheets" it's an issue with the rendering. If there aren't any style sheets, right click on the page and click "View Page Source". Paste it inside a code tag inside a spoiler ( [ spoiler=Code] and [ \spoiler] (without the spaces)) and I'll take a look at the source code and tell you what the issue is likely to be. Also, is there anything in the console tab on the F12 dev tools?

I live in Austraila and I don't know anyone who uses anything but google. This is not due to a bandwagon but just because it simply works. There have been many a time where I tried to search for something and it defaulted to yahoo or bing and never find what I was looking for.
