  1. So when i try to enchance ip pool i get this error (defalut max ip pool is 192.168.0.14) i get error: So i go to see in lan settings but everything seems fine Any help how can i make ip pool bigger on DHCP server? I need more devices to connect Router i use is tplink archer c7
  2. You mean cable from router to access point, and then tv and 4k player via wi fi to access point?
  3. Hi I can't find this info, but can i use this wi fi extender with an ethernet cable? So basicly as normal access point rather than wi fi extender, it says it can be used as network card, but can i plug it trought ethernet into my router, and will it function as an access point? I'm asking because i'm not sure, i think it will work this way
  4. Hello, so i was recently playing on 144hz montitor and it was awesome, so awesome in fact that i decided to buy myself high refresh rate montitor, but here is my question. Will 120hz be enough? Or should i spend a little bit more on 144hz one?
  5. @ddennis002 Thank you, exact anwser i was looking for
  6. Hi So, i want to place MotionEyeOS camera in really odd spot, where i can't route a ethernet cable. I want to use an wi fi extender, to be exact TP-Link RE200. I've never used something like this and I'm worried that i will not find an ip adress on my router to connect camera to a hub. Will it be a problem?
  7. That's something that i have to ask. Interesting I someday saw them and tought if they work they work. Their name is just super stupid I set the presets that are most comfortable for me, and i set it on the lower brightnes. Even though i still get fatigue Past month actually i was searching for most comfortable preset but still got fatigued
  8. I was doing it and it was helping a lot, but the problem is you have to remember to take them, and have place to carry them around, not ideal solution for me I don't work with colors so it isn't problem for me, and slightly coloured screen isn't problem for me
  9. Hello I will be going to eye test and I was thinking about getting myself a glasses for working on pc. I spend 8hr in work and some hours at home, does anybody uses something like that? Is it any effective?
  10. I would try to get it avoiding giving credit card info. Just to see if i get anything
  11. @Jurrunio yeah, 3700x have much more resonable, and it will be about same price vs 1920x + used x399. So unity performance will be much better on 3700x u say? That is what i was thinking of, that in future i have super solid upgrade path. Mobo prices are killing, so used might be an option. @NunoLava1998 i porbably will after this post go for 3700X Thanks guys!
  12. @JurrunioInsanely expansive. We have really high margin, in case of 3800x it is from 100 usd to 150 usd higher pirce. Was thinking about sniping this cpu on black friaday deals on amazon. So in a nutshell, fuck it and go zen 2?
  13. Like the question in the title. In 2 to 3 month im planning to build new pc, and thinking about Threadripper 1920X vs ryzen 2700x because of massive price drops. And because 1920x is started beeing smimilary priced as 2700x im thinking in favour of threadripper. I'm game developer and blender artist, tought TR might be a good idea. Also i game (lol, that's kinda obvius i think) but i can sacrafice some gaming performance in favour of better unity/ unreal and blender performance. I'm looking for an opinion because I don't watch over tech scene as closely as i was watching, and yes, i know about ZEN 2, but the reason im looking for older gen ryzen, is price drop connected to zen 2 premiere.
  14. I'll be another person that will recommend thinkpad for coding, my friend bought thinkpad t440s i7 something, 12gb ram and ssd. He is on his thrid year of computer science and he is like "Ill replace this laptop, if it's break" In general, if thinkpad comes to you working, on 4-5 gen he will probably be working fine next 5yrs
