Yeah, FX CPU's are dead, they are quite old at this point, and there wouldn't be much point in buying an RX580 and pairing it with the FX-6350. If you really want you can look for a good overclocking 8 core (like the FX 8370) and overclock it's little red balls off to 4.6-5GHz to get as much from it, but that's kinda wasting money, Ryzen is really cheap even compared to Bulldozer let alone Intel.
