I haven't. Maybe I'm missing out but I find the game satisfactory. And most of the bugs and fps issues that I experienced when i first got the game have been fixed. I will admit that it's far from perfect but I like it.
I can't see the yt video that I assume is in your post on this device. But personally, I love the game. It is kinda like a therapeutic game where I can put some music on in the background and just play for hours.
I always recommend redownloading and installing them per drive but I know that there are methods you can use to avoid redownloading everything,
you should be able to use SteamMover to move most programs and games. Also it would be a good idea to create an access point before you do anything in case something bad happens
the more you can fit the better, If you don't only have to put your core programs and games that is always a plus. Also the number of programs you need use can vary greatly per person. I was just saying that one shouldn't only put their OS on the SSD as that is what your post seemed to say.
It seems like a lot of people who got one ended up with monitors with dead pixels. Colors are fine for a TN but don't compare to an IPS. If that doesn't bother you then it seems like a nice gaming monitor for the price, if you have an AMD card.
if its just for charts, i would think that 2560x1080 is fine. As long as he gets at least a 29". If he has the budget to get 3 high end monitors then sure, but you can get a LG 29" 2560x1080p for $200, which is a pretty good deal.
