So i am on the look for a 1080p 144hz monitor. But i am having a hard time deciding what to get. I have compared many monitors which all kinda seem the same in specifications and thus not making it easier for me. My budget is around €300,- but for the right monitor it can go up somewhat. I play mostly rainbow six siege. I saw some IPS panels that look good on paper with 1ms response times but when i do some research, reviews say that it is not really 1ms. How noticeable is that while playing and does it matter much? I anybody could help me out i would appreciate it a lot.

I know i could buy a vga to DP but currently not in a situation to do that.

I used to have 2 monitors one trough hdmi on my video card and the other trough vga on my motherboard, but when i changed my motherboard for new cpu i no longer have vga. So i found an old GeForce 210 (main video card is gtx 1060) that has vga and i am trying to display my second monitor on there but i am running in to some problems. When i go to Device Manager it does detect the 210 and it also says that the latest drivers are installed but when i look for it in nvidia control panel i can't see it. If i go to properties on the 210 it says :"Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)". I tried looking up some things but couldn't really find anything. -EDIT Second monitor only has VGA

So for a while now my chrome has bin freezing from time to time. I tried looking it up but couldnt excactly find my problem. Most of the times it freezes when i have one game loading on my main monitor and i try to pause/play/load a video on the other one. It also freezes sometime when i skip trough a video "too fast". Most of the times the page will unfreeze after a few seconds and then the video screen would be green. A quick refresh fixes it but the freezing is really annoying. It also freezes sometimes when just opening a new page while i have a game on my main monitor.
