I am building a dirt cheap pc and was wondering if there would be any bottlenecks with the gts 450 and the Core 2 Quad q6600. (yes i know both are bad)

So i am looking for a super cheap (<$25), used graphics card on ebay and it needs to be low profile to fit in my optiplex 745 sff. The goal is to run csgo with at least minimum requirements. Any suggestions?
