i wonder how long these optiplex 3050's stay in a box for these things are so far out of date on drivers wth

    I've seen computers 7 or 8 years old sitting in storage that were just never used.

    Some companies just have budgets; don't use the budget one year, it gets smaller the next, so they buy with no intent of ever using the product.
