  1. I'm a currently using a Xbox One controler with a Turtle Beach headset and Cooler Master Keyboard. I have found that I can't type in game by pressing "T" on my keyboard, and my voice chat doesn't work either. I have both my control and best plugged into different USB ports and they are both default on the sound option.I've tried pressing "V" for push to gain bit that doesn't work. I can hear the game and other people through the greatest but nobody else can hear me. What should I do so that I can train in hands and use voice chat?
  2. I mean REALLY choppy, like when I try to use the controller to scroll down, you hear the sound it makes but it takes about 3 seconds to store it on screen
  3. I just built a new pc and downloaded the new ME:A and started to play...only I could because just getting to the start screen was a hassle as it was extremely choppy and I could tell just unplayable. I was wondering if there is something up with my pants or if there is a setting I could improve. My current build: Video card: MSI GAMING Radeon RX 480 GDDR5 4GB CrossFire VR Ready FinFET DirectX 12 Graphics Card (RX 480 GAMING X 4G) CPU: Ryzen 7 1700 Ram: G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) Intel Z170 Platform Desktop Memory Model F4-3200C16D-8GVRB Motherboard: ASUS Prime B350M-A/CSM AMD Ryzen AM4 DDR4 HDMI DVI VGA M.2 USB 3.1 mATX B350 Motherboard Power supply: evga 500b samsung ssd 250 gb How could I improve my fps and make it smoother running? Also, I went into my BIOS when I got it to run and changed the setting on my ram. The MHz on the board didn't quite match with the MHz on the ram so I selected the speed that was closest to the one on the ram. Is that the right choice or should I go with the one that's higher?
  4. I called into the asks tech support, and when going through the steps, I tried one of my rams and I got the following beep code: (1 short, 1 long, 3 long). The guy on the phone told me that the motherboard was bad and to get it replaced for a new one. Could it also be that one of the rams it bad?
  5. I thought that the motherboard would be compatible with an AMD CPU, can u suggest another mobo?
  6. Yes the monitor is both plugged in and turned on, when I turn the computer on, it just stays in power saving mode like it has no signal going to it The monitor is not HDMI it has the screws on both sides of the plug and plugs into the motherboard I have restarted many times Yes I have tried all of them the power to my graphic card is plugged in as well
  7. I just built a new computer with the following parts: Video card: MSI GAMING Radeon RX 480 GDDR5 4GB CrossFire VR Ready FinFET DirectX 12 Graphics Card (RX 480 GAMING X 4G) CPU: Ryzen 7 1700 Ram: G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) Intel Z170 Platform Desktop Memory Model F4-3200C16D-8GVRB Motherboard: ASUS LGA1151 DDR4 DisplayPort HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 H170 ATX Motherboards H170 PRO GAMING Power supply: evga 500b samsung ssd 250 gb Dell mouse, keyboard, monitor when I turned it on for the first time, none of the peripherals (mouse, keyboard and monitor) would not turn on. I tried to plug my cell phone charger into the USB ports, and they started charging my phone so there it power going to them. I tried to take out the battery and wait for about 10 minutes and it didn't solve the problem. I've taken out the ram and gpu and turned the computer on with one of each plugged it and that didn't solve it. What is the problem because I have no idea at this point? Are my parts even compatible?
  8. I have a ASUS Prime B350M-A/CSM AMD Ryzen AM4 DDR4 HDMI DVI VGA M.2 USB 3.1 mATX B350 Motherboard, how would I know if it a H170? removed the gpu and it's still giving me the same problems. I also checked the gpu and there seems to be no da,aged pins or anything.

  10. Connections are good, I also just put in the speaker and it beeped 6 times, what does that mean?
  11. I just finished putting my pc together and went I turned it on, none of the peripherals would work. My mouse, keyboard, and monitor won't work. Mouse and keyboard will not light up and the monitor stays in power saving mode. I tried plugging in my charger to my phone and it charger it so there is power going to it. I checked my CPU it see I found it was oriented correctly and it was. I took out the ram to see if one of them were bad, I tested them individually and turned the pc on with the smame result; peripheral said don't work. What else can I do to fix this? Or it there a step that I'm forgetting? My build is : Video card: MSI GAMING Radeon RX 480 GDDR5 4GB CrossFire VR Ready FinFET DirectX 12 Graphics Card (RX 480 GAMING X 4G) CPU: Ryzen 7 1700 Ram: G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) Intel Z170 Platform Desktop Memory Model F4-3200C16D-8GVRB Motherboard: ASUS LGA1151 DDR4 DisplayPort HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 H170 ATX Motherboards H170 PRO GAMING Power supply: evga 500b samsung ssd 250 gb
  12. I was thinking about doing the 7700 as well, but ya @Brehohn recommended the Ryzen
  13. For now I am just starting out with video editing and streaming and I'm not sure if I'm going to stick with it. But I will be do streaming so Ill go with then Ryzen. Right now my build looks like: CPU: AMD YD1700BBAEBOX Ryzen 7 1700 Processor with Wraith Spire LED Cooler Ram: G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) Intel Z170 Platform Desktop Memory Model F4-3200C16D-8GVRB Motherboard: ASUS LGA1151 DDR4 DisplayPort HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 H170 ATX Motherboards H170 PRO GAMING Video Card: MSI GAMING GeForce GTX 1060 6GB GDDR5 DirectX 12 VR Ready (GeForce GTX 1060 GAMING X 6G)
  14. One more thing i forgot to add was that I will also be trying to stream of Twitch, so is this build good for multitasking as well?
  15. Hello, I am fairly new to upgrading my PC and would like some advice on the parts that I need. I wanting to use my computer for gaming and video editing. After downloading a game (For Honor) and trying to play it, my computer told me that a few parts of my computer was either out of date and I didn't have enough ram. Right now I have a stock Dell Precision T3500. The program I used was the system requirements lab website which said that to play a game (games pretty much from this year) I had to upgrade my video crad, CPU, and ram. Right now I have: Video card: NVIDIA Quadro FX 1700 CPU: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU W3530 @ 2.80GHz Ram: 6GB I want to upgrade to: Video card: MSI GAMING Radeon RX 480 GDDR5 4GB CrossFire VR Ready FinFET DirectX 12 Graphics Card (RX 480 GAMING X 4G) CPU: Intel Core i7-6700K SkyLake 4.0 GHz LGA 1151 Boxed Processor Ram: G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) Intel Z170 Platform Desktop Memory Model F4-3200C16D-8GVRB Motherboard: ASUS LGA1151 DDR4 DisplayPort HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 H170 ATX Motherboards H170 PRO GAMING Correct me if I'm wrong here, but I think I might need a more up to date mother board because of the newer processor. Right now my mother board is a Dell Inc model 09KPNV. I have read a few forums about compatibility and I think that this set up is compatible. I am building so that the computer will be somewhat future proof and NOT for overclocking. Will this setup work or do I need to consider some other parts of it? Thank you.
