  2. it does not, but it turns on when i take out both sticks, so i know the mobo is working properly.

I built a new pc for my gf using some new parts and some spare parts. once turned on, the fans spin, rgb lights turn on, no lights turned on on the ez bug, but no display. here are the specs: ryzen 1700 EVGA 1660 msi x370 gaming pro carbon thermaltake 700w 80 plus samsung 500g m.2 860 series 2x8gb corsair vengeance rgb i reset the cmos, i used the mobo before and it worked fine. the cpu was from my current build and its good. the 1660 is brand new, and the psu is brand new.
